AIR TRAVEL
Many of you will be flying to join us for our wedding weekend and we can’t wait to see you! The closest and most convenient airport is San Francisco International (SFO). From SFO, San Francisco is just a 20-30 minute drive (or Uber or Lyft ride) away. San Francisco is also accessible by public transportation via BART. If you’re exploring other parts of the Bay before or after the weekend, there are major airports in San Jose (SJC, 1 hour south of SF) and Oakland (OAK, 30 minutes east of SF), both of which offer public transportation options to get to SF!

Please note: There is a two night minimum for Inn at the Presidio. As the hotel is part of the Presidio Trust special rates are not available. If you’re attempting to book after April 22, 2016 rooms still may be available at the same rates.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
San Francisco is a beautiful city with so much to offer and we recommend you walk around and really take it all in! We do understand sometimes you will need to get places more quickly or without walking any hills (there are some doozies in SF!). Downloading the Uber or Lyft apps will allow you to get a taxi whenever you need to go somewhere further than you can walk. You can also go old school and hail a cab when you’re downtown. As for public transportation, BART and SF MUNI are the major systems within SF, and Caltrain is great for taking a trip south to the end of the Bay!
SHUTTLES
We will have shuttles arranged for many of the wedding weekend events departing from the Westin St. Francis for your convenience. More information is available on the “Details and Schedule” page.
